Do you feel that if celebrities don't push these issues into the media and get them publicised that they would just be forgotten and left at the bottom of the pile of issues to attend to?
- Dan, Essex

"I absolutely agree, yes they would. I think it's sick that we
have to have Live 8 and I think it's sick that we have to do
Comic Relief every year or whatever. We're living in a very individualistic society, a 'what can I get out of it?' society.
It starts with our leaders and it's sad that our leaders aren't as interested in helping people as we are. The people shouldn't
have to do this, but we do, and it's good that we do, I think it
brings us together because we're doing it off our own backs.
It would go to the bottom of the pile, but at the same time I
think it's only right that celebrities and the people put pressure
on our leaders to stop being so selfish."
